Winphone7 - How to read .index file, .dict file,....

As we know, with text File, we can easily read it just when we add it to project(add reference), then use streamreader or somthing like that to read.
With .index file, .dict file is not easy like that but not so difficult, we just have to add it, go to Property, change Build Action from None to Content and use streamreader too. See it :)
